They will research, analyze, and evaluate wellness plans, manage vendor relationships, facilitate the development of benefits communications, and support other activities of the Benefits team as needed. Assist with special projects such as employee benefit webinars when necessary. Coordinate and communicate pension and k provisions to employees. Audit benefit rates and employee charges on a monthly basis. Quarterly audit of Benefit Plans medical, dental, vision and prescription to ensure compliance with plan document. Work with insurance carriers to process claims for partners when requested. Experience: At least 5 years of work related experience in benefits. Skills and Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, professional level staff, and peers.
Ability to act in a professional manner and with a high degree of integrity at all times. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple assignments and work with highly confidential information.
Must be able to work under pressure with frequent interruptions and tight deadlines. Ability to use independent judgment, problem solve, and answer questions.
